Pokémon Alert uses the info submited by the community to send Trainers alerts with the exact location and time that a selected Pokémon has been found near a Trainer in any part of the world.

Besides the Alerts, this app shows where all Pokémons have been found and the exact time that they have been found. Like this Trainers can come back another day around the same time it was found previously.
